Delete your Zoomy account
This web flow is for Zoomy customer accounts. It works without reinstalling the app.
What happens
- Your customer identity, active sessions, and push-notification routing are deleted.
- Your links to retained booking records are anonymized.
- Trip, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, safety, dispute, and audit records may be retained when required by law or a legitimate security obligation.
- A shared identity needed for an active Driver or admin role is retained only for that role.
