How to book a marketplace pickup and delivery

You won the auction or agreed on a price. Now you need to get the item from the seller to your door. Zoomy handles marketplace pickups — furniture, appliances, large items — with a vetted crew and an upfront price you see before you commit.

What counts as a marketplace item?

Any secondhand item you've purchased from a private seller: sofas, dressers, dining sets, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, exercise equipment, and similar large or heavy items. Zoomy does not pick up live animals, hazardous materials, or items that cannot legally be transported by a private carrier.

How to book

Open the booking flow and select Delivery. Enter the seller's address as the pickup location and your address as the drop-off. Describe the item — size, approximate weight, any access details like stairs or a freight elevator. Zoomy checks the current service catalog, market coverage, and scope, then shows you a total before you pay. No account is required.

What happens on pickup day

Your crew arrives at the seller's address at the scheduled window. They load the item, transport it to your location, and carry it to the room you specify. If you added stair or assembly details during booking, those are part of the agreed scope — nothing is revised after booking.

Do I need to be at the seller's address?

You do not have to be present at pickup if the seller has agreed to hand off to the crew. You do need to be available at your delivery address to accept the item.

Can Zoomy pick up from a store or warehouse?

Yes. Zoomy can pick up from retail stores, warehouses, and self-storage units in addition to private seller addresses. Use the booking flow the same way — enter the pickup location and describe the item.
