About Zoomy
Zoomy is a local services marketplace for physical jobs: getting something delivered, moving a home, or clearing things out. You describe the actual job, Zoomy checks what it can offer for it, and the work is tracked and recorded until it is done.
What Zoomy does
There are 3 services, and nothing else pretending to be another one.
- Delivery. Getting an item from one address to another, from a single parcel-sized job to something large and awkward. Courier and large or bulky item work are kinds of Delivery, not services of their own.
- Moving. Moving the contents of a home or a room between addresses, by the room or as a package.
- Junk removal. Taking things away for good. Where a load goes is decided by what is available for it, not by you.
How the product works
You pick a service and describe the job — what is being moved, the addresses it runs between, and when you want it. Zoomy then reads that job and shows what it can offer: the options that apply, the times it can do, and the total. You review the whole thing before anything is charged, and after that the order page carries the status, the record and the way to get help.

Whether Zoomy can take your job, when it could happen, and what it would cost are answered against your real job, not here. That check needs your addresses, what you are actually moving and when — so nothing on this page is a price, a promise of availability, or a statement that a service runs where you are.
What we commit to
Four things the product does mechanically, rather than four things Zoomy says it values. Each one is checkable against the product itself.
- The job details come first. Options are built from what you described, and they change when the description does.
- You see the price before you pay. The date, the arrival window, the crew size, the address and the total are presented back to you, with the price broken into its parts, before anything is charged.
- A confirmed job keeps a record. Status, what was agreed, receipts and the controls available for it stay on the order.
- There is a named way to get help. Support is reached from the order itself, or from the contact page if you have no order yet.
