How Zoomy works
Zoomy books delivery, moving and junk removal in one place. You choose a service, describe the job at a real address, and review the timing and the price Zoomy issues for that job before you pay — then follow the order, get support and keep the record afterwards. Every availability and price answer comes from the booking flow for your job, not from this page.
Nothing is carried from this page — you choose the service first.
Start with the right service
Delivery
One thing, or a few things, from one address to another.
Moving
A home or a room's worth of things, with people to do it and a route between two addresses.
Junk removal
Things leaving for good, from one address.
What happens, in order
12 stages, in 3 parts: 4 to describe the job, 5 to turn it into a booking and 3 for the life of the order. Nothing is skipped: each stage is what makes the following one answerable.
Describe the job
- Stage 01
Choose a service
Delivery, moving or junk removal. This is the only thing a page like this one can carry for you.
This page can describe all of this.
- Stage 02
Narrow it to the kind of job
The flow shows the kinds of job currently offered inside that service, and you pick the one that matches.

- Stage 03
Enter the real addresses
Pickup, and drop-off where the job has one. Zoomy checks the exact address — a city name never answers this.

- Stage 04
Describe the job
What the job is made of: the items and how many. Where a move is priced by room, it asks which rooms are in it. Nothing is priced until this list exists, and you can go back and change it after you have seen the price.

Turn it into a booking
- Stage 05
See what applies to the job
A step before scheduling and pricing. It shows no part of what you described, offers no add-on and selects nothing on your behalf. Where the service lists something a job like yours needs it says so, and where it cannot read the list at all it says that too and lets you carry on to pick a time.

- Stage 06
Choose from the times offered
Where scheduling is available for the job, the options currently returned for it. If one becomes stale or unavailable, you are asked to refresh or choose again.

- Stage 07
Review the price for that job
The authoritative quote for exactly what you entered, with its current basis and whether it still applies.

How the price works → - Stage 08
Give your details, and confirm the number
A first and last name, an email address and a mobile number, and a code sent to that number to confirm it is yours. Booking again in the same session can skip the code where the number is already confirmed; a first booking cannot.

- Stage 09
Pay, and only then
Nothing is charged until you choose to pay. The card is charged, and Zoomy then tries to confirm the booking. Almost always it succeeds, and a charge is still not by itself a confirmed booking — the confirmation is. If the time you chose has gone in between, the booking is not made and nothing further is charged. Where Zoomy can settle the charge back automatically it does; where it cannot, it puts you on a support path and shows the payment reference if it has one, rather than leaving you to notice.

What happens if the time is gone →
The life of the order
- Stage 10
Confirmation
After a successful confirmation the job enters the current order lifecycle, with a record of its own.

- Stage 11
Follow it, change it, ask about it
Status, whichever controls still apply at that point, and — where the order can open one — a support case bound to that booking without quoting a number.

- Stage 12
Afterwards
The record of the job, a rating if you want to leave one, and a faster route to booking the same thing again.

A price can only exist once the job, the addresses and the time exist, because it is calculated from them. That is also why changing one of them later replaces the price rather than keeping it.
Questions about how Zoomy works
How does Zoomy work?
You choose a service, describe the job at real addresses, and review the options and the price Zoomy issues for that job before you pay. Afterwards the order carries the status, the controls that still apply and a support path.
How do I choose between the three services?
By what is moving and what happens at the end. Delivery takes things between two addresses; moving takes a home or a room between them; junk removal takes things that are leaving for good.
What does Zoomy need to know about the job?
What is being moved and how many of it, the addresses the job needs, and when you want it. Where a move is priced by room, it also asks which rooms are in it.
That is the whole of it. Zoomy does not ask about stairs, lifts, parking or carry distance, and it takes no photos — so anything the building itself requires is settled with the people at each end rather than in the booking flow.

Does Zoomy work where I am?
That is decided against your real addresses when you describe the job, not by a page. Zoomy does not publish a coverage claim as a company fact.
A page that told you a service runs in your city would be guessing at the two things that actually decide it: the exact addresses, and what is available for that job at the time you want it.

What happens after I book?
The job enters the order lifecycle with a record of its own. The order page carries the status, whichever controls still apply at that point, and a support path that already knows the job.
Can I manage or track an order?
The order page shows what is available for that booking. Which controls it offers depends on where the job has got to, so a public page cannot tell you which ones you will see.
Can the price change after I see it?
Changing the job, the addresses or the time replaces the price rather than keeping it, because those are what it was calculated from. A quote can also lapse while you are deciding, in which case you are asked to refresh before paying.
