Places and coverage

This page is how to reach what Zoomy publishes about a place, and how it decides where it can work at all. The states below are the launch geography — they are navigation, not a list of anywhere Zoomy has published or serves. Whether a particular address can be served is worked out from that address in the booking flow.

Browse by state

The 48 states in the launch geography. Cities are reached through their state, and only appear once something has been published about them. Each row is navigation and nothing more — a state appearing here says nothing about what is offered anywhere in it.

Check a real address

Product-connected

A place name is not an answer. Whether Zoomy can take a job at a particular address is worked out from the address itself, in the booking flow — this page does not hold that answer and will not guess at it.

Answered in the Zoomy product by current location authority. This page does not decide coverage.

Carries forward: the address you type. Nothing else — no price, no availability, and no answer about coverage.

How Zoomy decides where it can work

Three separate things have to line up, and they are decided in this order. Whether the pickup and drop-off fall inside the area Zoomy currently operates in. Whether the route between them is one it can run. And whether the service you want is configured for that market at the time you want it.

None of those is decided by a city name, which is why this page cannot answer for your address and the booking flow can.

Questions about where Zoomy works

Does Zoomy work in my city?

A city is not the unit that gets answered. Zoomy works out whether it can take a job from the two real addresses, because the boundary that matters runs between streets rather than around a city name.

How a job is scoped →

Why isn't my city listed?

Cities appear under their state, and only once Zoomy has published something specific about them. A place with no page is not a statement that Zoomy cannot work there — it means there is nothing locally specific worth reading yet.

Does a city page mean my address is covered?

No. A page is something Zoomy published; coverage is something the product reads for one address. Those are decided by different things and they can disagree.

When the address is actually checked →

Can Zoomy move between two states?

Describe both addresses in the booking flow. The route between them, not the state either one is in, determines what can be offered.
