Safety at Zoomy
Every Zoomy job involves trust — you're letting strangers into your home or handing over your belongings. Here's how we earn it.
Crew vetting
Before any crew member can accept a Zoomy job, they complete identity verification and a background check. Zoomy reviews the result before activation. Crew records are checked periodically — not just at onboarding.
- Identity verified before first job
- Background check at onboarding and on a periodic basis
- Vehicle registration verified for delivery and moving jobs
- Rating and incident history reviewed for continued access
During the job
You can track the crew in real time once the job begins. Live location, job status, and direct messaging are available throughout. Share a live tracking link with anyone else who needs to know.
Reporting a problem
If something feels wrong or unsafe during a job, open the order and tap Report issue. For an immediate safety concern, use the Safety path in the contact form — it routes directly to the Zoomy safety team.
Data and privacy
Your contact details, address, and payment information are never shared with crew members beyond what the job requires. Phone communication is relayed so your real number stays private.
