Delivery with Zoomy
Tell us what needs to move and where it is going. The current booking state determines whether service, timing, or a quote can be offered.
Common ways people use delivery
These are examples, not separate sellable service IDs. The current booking catalog determines the exact options available for a real job.
- Packages and local courier needs
- Furniture or other large-item delivery
- Retail pickup and return needs
Current delivery categories
These come from the current service catalog. Each one has a page describing what it covers. A category having a page is not a statement that it is offered at your address — that is answered from the two real addresses, in the booking flow.
- Business & Merchant Delivery
Deliveries a business sends rather than a household, including merchant orders, retail and furniture-store deliveries, scheduled batches, multi-stop routes and merchant return pickups. The sender is a business and the work is typically repeating rather than one-off.
- Courier & Local Delivery
Small items moved across town in a single trip: packages, documents, luggage and personal belongings. One pickup address, one drop-off address, and the item stays with the same driver the whole way.
- Large & Bulky Delivery
Single items too large to carry in a car: furniture, appliances, mattresses, large televisions, fitness equipment and large retail purchases. They move one or a few at a time, and the handling each item needs is part of the job rather than an extra.
- Marketplace & Person-to-Person
Delivery where the other party is a private individual rather than a business, such as a marketplace purchase collected from its seller or an item sent between two people. The driver coordinates the handover at both ends.
- Store, Retail & Returns
Trips where one end is a shop or institution rather than a home. Collecting a store or retail purchase, taking a return back, or handing an item to a donation or storage destination.
Common questions about delivery
How far will you deliver?
Enter the real pickup and drop-off. Review only the service options presented for that route; this page does not promise coverage.
How a delivery comes together →What types of items does Zoomy deliver?
Describe the item accurately. The current catalog and job state determine whether an option can be offered; this page does not declare an item eligible.
Start describing an item →What if the building is hard to get in and out of?
The booking flow does not ask about stairs, lifts or parking, and there is no field for them on the order either — so nothing Zoomy publishes can tell you how a particular building will be handled. Describe what is being moved, review what is offered for it, and settle anything the building requires with the people at each end.
What the booking flow asks for →How is the delivery price calculated?
Describe the item and give both addresses, then review any quote and pricing-policy details presented for the job. This page does not set or guarantee a price.
