Delete your Zoomy account

This web flow is for Zoomy customer accounts. It works without reinstalling the app. To delete or deactivate a Zoomy Driver or Helper account, use the Driver delete-account page.

What happens

Your customer identity, active sessions, and push-notification routing are deleted.
Your links to retained booking records are anonymized.
Trip, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, safety, dispute, and audit records may be retained when required by law or a legitimate security obligation.
A shared identity needed for an active Driver or admin role is retained only for that role.
