What items can Zoomy move?
Zoomy moves large, heavy, and awkward items that are too big to fit in a personal vehicle. The current service catalog covers delivery, moving, and junk removal. Here is what is in scope.
Furniture
Sofas, sectionals, recliners, beds (with or without frames), dressers, armoires, dining tables and chairs, desks, bookshelves, entertainment centers, and outdoor furniture. Upholstered furniture with known infestations (bed bugs, rodents) is excluded.
Appliances
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and freezers. Appliances must be disconnected before the crew arrives — Zoomy does not disconnect gas or plumbing. Removal of the old appliance can be added as a haul-away during booking.
Exercise and recreational equipment
Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, weight benches, squat racks, and similar equipment. Pool tables require disassembly before moving — confirm with the crew what is pre-disassembled vs. what the crew handles during booking.
Boxes and general household goods
Packed and labeled boxes of any size. Zoomy moves boxes as part of a full household move or as a standalone delivery. Items inside boxes must be packed by you — crews do not pack contents.
What Zoomy does not move
Pianos and grand pianos are outside the current service catalog in most markets. Vehicles, boats, and trailers require specialized transport. Hazardous materials, live animals, and firearms cannot be transported. If you are unsure, enter the item description during booking — the system will confirm scope before you pay.
