Referral Terms

1. The program

Every Zoomy customer account has a referral code. When a friend books their first Zoomy job with your code, they get money off that booking and you earn a reward.

2. Using a code

Share your code or your link (tryzoomy.com/go/ followed by your code). The code must be on your friend's quote when they book. A code can't be added to a booking afterwards, and rewards are not paid for bookings made without it.

3. What your friend gets

Your friend gets 10% off the service subtotal of their first Zoomy booking. The discount shows on their quote before they book.

There is no minimum, and every service in every market where Zoomy is live qualifies. A booking can use one code, so the referral discount does not combine with other promotions.

4. What you earn

You earn 10% of the eligible service value of your friend's first booking. Tax, tips, disposal fees and other pass-through charges are not part of the eligible value, and any refund on the booking is taken off it.

5. When rewards post

Your reward posts 24 hours after your friend's first booking is completed, once any refund on that booking has settled.

6. Credit and cash

Rewards post as Zoomy credit, or as cash if you have turned on payouts. You can spend credit on bookings, or cash it out once payouts are on.

Cash is paid weekly, on Tuesdays, through Stripe Connect, after you finish Stripe's identity and bank account setup. Instant payouts are not offered.

7. Limits

A friend can be referred only once. Referring yourself earns nothing.

Up to 10 rewards post in a calendar month. Any more wait and post the next month; they are not lost.

8. Cancellations and refunds

If your friend's booking is cancelled or refunded, your reward is reduced or removed to match. If you already spent that reward, the difference is taken from your future credit. It is never charged to your card.

9. Credit expiry and balance

These terms do not yet set an expiry date or a maximum balance for referral credit. This section will be updated before either applies.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will communicate material changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
